School Schedules

ELEMENTARY (K-5)

Arrival: 7:10 a.m.
Breakfast: 7:15 a.m.
Lunch: 10:15 a.m.
Snack: Afternoon
Academics:
- English Language Arts 90 minutes daily
- Mathematics 60 minutes daily
- Social Studies 30 minutes daily
- Science 30 minutes daily
Intervention & Enrichment: Students that scored a 3 or higher on their reading FSA are offered enrichment activities at this time, while students scoring below 3 are placed in reading intervention with Ms. Hagan.
Recess: 30 minutes in the afternoon
Specials: All elementary students have Art twice a week, Adapted P.E. twice a week, and Group Counseling once a week.
Dismissal: 1:20 p.m.

- English Language Arts 40 minutes daily (e.g., English 1, 2, 3, or 4)
- Mathematics: 40 minutes daily (e.g., Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry)
- Science 40 minutes daily (e.g., Environmental Science, Biology, Physical Science)
- Social Studies/History 40 minutes daily (9th Grade participates in an online course instead)
Intervention & Enrichment: Students that scored a 3 or higher on their reading FSA are offered enrichment activities (e.g., online courses through Florida Virtual) at this time, while students scoring below 3 are placed in reading intervention with Ms. Hagan. For secondary students, this also applies to Math.
Art: All secondary students are scheduled for Art on a daily basis for a 40-minute period with Ms. Turner.
Specials: All secondary students Adapted P.E. three times a week, functional skills once a week, and Group Counseling once a week.
Dismissal: 1: 20 p.m.
