In order to maintain compliance with Section 504 (1973), the American's with Disabilities Act (ADA; 1990), and the Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA, 2004), we provide students with multiple empirically based accommodations throughout their school day.  Examples of the practices we utilize include:

• Wobble seats
• Rocking chairs
• Floor chairs
• Standing Tables
• Yoga Balls
• Bean Bags
• Whiteboard tables
• Sled desks
• Regular chairs
• Bumpy-pads
• Comfy floor seats
• Slant boards
• Visual Supports (e.g., visual schedules, visual cues, picture labels)
• Colored and multisensory timers
• Break spaces (both inside and outside of the classroom)
• Motor room (fine motor and gross motor skill activities)
• Noise-canceling headphones
